How does the typical process work
from selecting flooring to installation?

Browse through our 12,000 sq ft showroom and speak with one of our experienced flooring consultants to find the best product for you.
2.
Get a quote based on approximate square footage, put down a deposit to hold or order your product and have one of our designated installers contact you to set up an exact measure of your space.
3.
Receive an exact quote for your complete job. If you wish to proceed with the job, our installer will contact you for an installation date. If the product is order-in, we ask for a 50% deposit before ordering. Please allow 7-10 business days for all order-in products (unless otherwise specified).
What if I don't wish to proceed with the job after receiving my exact quote?
No problem! We will provide you with all of the measurements and refund your deposit -$50.00 for the installers time to go out and measure.
4.
A couple days before your installation date, Oaktree will contact you to collect the balance of your materials (your deposit is applied to the materials).
On the day of installation, our professional team of installers will pick up your material from our store and complete the installation within 1-2 days (unless otherwise specified). Installation is paid direct upon completion at 0% mark-up.

Get a quote based on your square footage. If the product is in-stock, you are welcome to put a small deposit down to hold the material. If the product is order-in, we ask for a 50% deposit before ordering. Please allow 7-10 business days for all order-in products (unless otherwise specified).
3.
We arrange a pick-up date with you so we can have it ready and pay the balance of your materials before it leaves the store. We also offer delivery services.
