How does the typical process work
from selecting flooring to installation?

Browse Our Showroom
Browse our wide selection in store (or online) and speak with one of our experienced flooring consultants to find the best product for your space, style, and budget.
2.
Initial Quote/Site Measure
Once we create an initial estimate based on your approximate square footage, a $250 deposit is required to book a site measure. This includes a $50 non-refundable measurement fee (waived if you proceed with your project). One of our designated installers will contact you directly to schedule your exact measure.
3.
Final Quote & Booking
After the site measure is complete, you will receive an exact final quote for your full project.
If you wish to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to reserve materials or place special orders and secure your installation date.​​
4.
Installation
On installation day, our professional team will collect your materials directly from our showroom and complete your installation — typically within 1–2 days, unless otherwise specified.
Our Oaktree team will then contact you for the remaining balance of your product and installation.
